I'm buying for the second time. The first one was for myself, I tried it, and the result was excellent. The second time I bought twice as much, for my daughter, and for next time... 7 discs are enough for a year.
These absolutely work. I have just finished using 10x packets (upper and lower teeth in each pack). The recommendation, apparently, is to carry out at 20x treatment. I decided to start with 10 and see how it worked. I'm a smoker, in my early 50s and my teeth were definitely 'yellow'. They are significantly whiter. I might do another 10 sessions in a 'phase 2' treatment.
Also, i decided not to use every day but every other day, as i was worried about teeth sensitivity. I haven't had any issues with pain or sensitivity doing it that way and stuck to the 30 minute rule and am really pleased with the improvement. Also really really happy with the pricing from ali express so i will very likely get another pack.
